PAVLOV VALENTIN NIKOLAEVICH

Dear colleagues! I am pleased to welcome you at the Eurasian Congress in the city of Ufa, in the territory of the leading state medical university of Bashkiria. This event is held internationally for the first time. Doctors from Korea, Japan, Turkey, India, and Germany came to share their achievements.

Our meeting is devoted to topical issues and the latest developments in the field of instrumental diagnostics and surgical treatment, andrology and urogenital pathology in adults and children.

Today, the problem of cancer of the urogenital system is the most common, and the issues of early diagnosis, monitoring and choice of treatment tactics are among the priorities. The main reasons are late appealability, low alertness of doctors regarding serious diseases and the lack of proper continuity, as a result of which patients often come to the operating table already with severe forms and late stages.

Oncological diseases especially require close attention and simultaneous observation by several narrow oncologist specialists, a surgeon, a chemotherapist, and also instrumental diagnostics doctors. Only such an approach allows a comprehensive overview of the picture and the fastest possible correction of treatment depending on the results of the tests and the patient's well-being, which is especially important here.

The latest data in neuro-urology and the experience of using nuclear medicine and cellular technologies in the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urogenital area will also be presented.

Separately, I would like to mention the reports on the monitoring of patients with chronic pelvic pain and urolithiasis, as well as the experience of managing such patients in world practice. The main tasks of the Congress are not just to improve the interaction of the doctors of related specialties, but also to establish interdisciplinary cooperation as a regular form of international joint practice for the exchange of invaluable experience. Our work requires not only great theoretical knowledge and continuous improvement of our skills and abilities. It requires organization and high precision both when working on an open surgical field, and during laparoscopy.

For the first time, leading experts from Europe and Asia will present their ideas on how to improve the operational methods for restoring the anatomical and functional usefulness of organs, the newest possibilities for using minimally invasive and blood-saving technologies. The protocols of rational drug therapy in urogenital surgery will be studied, as well as the current problems of oncology and transplantology in this industry are highlighted and ways to solve them are offered.

I am sure that the information presented at our meeting, together with the personal clinical experience of each specialist, will make an invaluable contribution to the development of new and improvement of existing protocols and methods of treatment, the use of which in the long term will significantly reduce the proportion of aggressive therapy. Welcome!

Dear friends! For the whole of Ufa, for the whole Republic of Bashkortostan, it is an honor to host the Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation, which will be held from May 24 to 25, 2019
For the first time, this event will bring together medical specialists of the most diverse profiles in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as in Europe. More than 50 experts from Russia, Japan, South Korea, China, India, Turkey, Germany and other countries will make presentations. And it is very important for us that all these world-renowned specialists will come to Ufa. Of course, there is no secret that there are both positive and negative points in domestic medicine. Our common task is to multiply the first and overcome the second. The problems of health, in Ufa as well, is the problem of personnel.
ХАБИРОВ РАДИЙ ФАРИТОВИЧ
Российский государственный деятель. Временно исполняющий обязанности главы Республики Башкортостан
Dear friends! For the whole of Ufa, for the whole Republic of Bashkortostan, it is an honor to host the Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation, which will be held from May 24 to 25, 2019.

It is often difficult for us to keep young and promising specialists. And such events provide an opportunity for doctors to grow and develop professionally, and, consequently, help us to cope with the shortage of personnel.

Nowadays, medical conferences, seminars and trainings are a rather costly thing. But thanks to the efforts of the organizers during the Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation, everyone interested in the development of a doctor, regardless of financial situation and place of residence, will be able to meet leading experts of the country and the world, discuss all the issues of concern, learn about the latest trends, get a valuable baggage of knowledge.

It is planned to open 13 oncological outpatient care centers in in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the next 3 years. Four of them are in Ufa, the rest are in other cities of the region. And since the problem of oncourology is far from the last place, the upcoming Congress will help us attract new high-quality personnel to new medical institutions. And especially, the personnel trained in our Republic.

Dear friends! Our president says: "In order for the situation to continue to develop in the right way, we need to create a truly modern healthcare system, at all levels." And I am sure that a high result can be achieved only by joining forces, emphasizing our merits and taking the best from our colleagues from other countries. And I am very pleased that the next step towards the development of health care in Russia will be made precisely in Ufa.

See you in May 24―25, 2019 at the Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation in the Congress Hall "Toratau" in Ufa at the address: Zaki Validi st., 2.

Dear friends! We are meeting you from May 24 to 25 in Ufa, where Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation will be held
Diseases of the genitourinary system today are among the main causes that reduce the quality of life of patients. They also often lead to disability and even death. And, of course, a number of social and economic problems is associated with them.

Today, the medical community in the framework of the national project "Healthcare" faces a whole range of ambitious tasks to be solved in the shortest possible time ― 5 years. Among them are the increase in life expectancy, as well as the fight against cancer.

Dear friends! We are meeting you from May 24 to 25 in Ufa, where Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation will be held.

And, of course, a great hope rests on urologists, because there are many problems that cause death (including kidney cancer and bladder cancer) in our area of responsibility.

The upcoming event is forably different from others due the fact that it is at the junction of several specialties at once. We understand that a urologist should be attentive to all patients, notice the problem in time and refer the patient to the right doctor as soon as possible. Oncourology will be one of the most important components of the upcoming Congress, but not the only one. We will address the problems of andrology, emergency and pediatric urology, talk about robotic and urethral surgery, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the urogenital system and kidney transplantation. And, of course, a a special topic will be devoted to urolithiasis.

For two days we will talk with leading world experts on these and many other topics. About 50 experts from Russia, Japan, Korea, Turkey, India and a number of European countries, for example, Germany, will share their experience and achievements with you. But it will not only the matter of research, but also of the organization of diagnostic and therapeutic processes in other countries.

Dear colleagues, I will be glad to see you at the Eurasian Congress of Urology with international participation from 24 to 25 May in Ufa in the Congress Hall "Toratau" at the address: Zaki Validi, st., 2.
See you soon!
